With over 18 years of experience in managing properties, I am familiar with single and multi-unit residential, commercial, light industrial and condo properties. I work hard for my clients, to secure good tenants and manage properties in the best interests of properties and their owners, ensuring properties and interests are well maintained and protected. As a property investor myself, I understand owning investment properties, both as self-managed them and at times relying upon professional management companies, so I can appreciate the perspectives of homeowners, and the value of good communications between all parties involved (Landlords, Managers, Tenants, Vendors).

The most important aspect of property management is forming and maintaining relationships; much like the key to your home, each one is unique and unlocks a great value. I work to provide a personal touch to each relationship, being heard and understood can mean the difference in resolving tense and complex matters.
